Sherramore Lodge is a traditional Victorian sporting lodge on the banks of the River Spey, in the Cairngorms National Park.

Sleeping a maximum of 15 people in nine rooms, this homely property is ideal for gatherings of people who love the great outdoors.

Sherramore Lodge’s accommodation is simply but comfortably furnished and includes:

• Sitting room with open fire

• Dining room with open fire

• Reception hall with wood-burning stove

• Family kitchen with Aga

• Utility room, cloakroom and two downstairs WCs

• Office/Gun room

• Two double bedrooms, four twin bedrooms and three single bedrooms all with shared bathrooms

• Dog-friendly by prior agreement

This is a relatively remote property in a working agricultural and sporting landscape. While we do have internet, it is slow and cannot stream television services etc. Sherrabeg Lodge has no central heating, although plug-in heaters are available to supplement the open fires in winter. We suggest the Lodge for those seeking immersion in Highland rural life, with a wide range of outdoor activities quite literally on the doorstep.
