This is a fabulous farmhouse that has been completely renovated and updated, which is situated in the Cairngorm National Park overlooking the Spey reservoir and Glen Markie beyond. Set in its own enclosed grounds in a Highland estate setting, it is common to see the red deer down by the road and in the summer months the osprey fishing on the loch in front of the house.
Formerly a farmhouse with a separate barn next door, the barn section now adjoins the farmhouse and houses a bedroom with an en-suite shower, and a superb modern open-plan kitchen/dining room, which has become the hub of the house. In the farmhouse section is the traditional sitting room and the other bedrooms and shower rooms. This is a great base for a holiday in the Badenoch and Strathspey area, which is a popular holiday destination for so many.
